SESSION 1

A Dreamy Facade

When people daydream, either voluntarily or involuntarily, they are ignoring the world around them. Just like this, our society has been blissfully ignoring the prevalence and severity of mental illnesses, such as GAD, choosing to only “see” what they want to. There might be people around you, who can carry out daily activities and perform tasks, as usual. But you might not realise that they are actually suffering from a mental health issue, since they look fine on the outside. It is all a “Dreamy Facade” put up by anxious individuals.

SESSION 2

Clearing the Nightmare

Intrusive thoughts, a constant state of tension in the head, it’s a never-ending nightmare for people suffering from GAD. Always feeling uneasy and anxious about these thoughts is highly disruptive to their daily lives. Will people be able to move past their clouded sight and see what these individuals are struggling with, and will they be able to help clear some of the stormy clouds in someone’s mind as well?
